Designer

Role

As a designer you will help KVUR interpret client briefs and turns them into visual solutions across brand journey, advertising campaigns and content. You need to bring a variety of perspectives and viewpoints that will further unlock design solutions ranging from graphic and identity design to typography and storytelling.

You will be collaborating with other creative peers with a vision of elevating the work together through your design. Craft is critical to this role. You will need to have exceptional knowledge of the latest design trends and technology.

As beauty, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality and health sciences are key sectors we work with, you will need to be a kickers designer passionate about your style, beauty and execution. Your craft needs to be extraordinary and inspiring.

Experience

We are looking for digitally minded, wickedly talented, conceptual creative with:

Relevant experience working on regional/international brands
A portfolio that demonstrates the understanding of design thinking and principles
Proven track record with best-in-class work across brand design architecture, brand
design systems, typography, brand identity and graphic design. App/Web UI/UX is a plus.

Skills

The candidate must possess/be: Independent conceptual thinker

Exceptional sense of brand experience and design
Awesome presentation and communication skills
Digital native. Web 3 knowledge is a plus
Be able to drive and challenge briefs with a point of view
Able to excel under pressure and tight deadlines
Amazing craft that inspires the team to elevate their game

Department

As an integral member of Creative Team there is an expectation to contribute to the disci- pline, team and culture in a number of ways;

Mentor, share knowledge, experience, offer guidance and expertise among team
members with the aim of growing talent and elevating the craft of the department
Help contribute to and develop the KVUR IP and agency process when appropriate
Contribute to KVUR’s journey in effectiveness and creative awards at an international
level
Get involved with departmental initiatives such as learning and industry events
